The CHallenge

A Safe, Clean and Professional Main Entrance

The existing entrance had no mat well, so ProImmune needed a system that could be positioned directly onto the finished floor while providing a safe transition from the surrounding surface.
The solution needed to accommodate pedestrian and wheeled traffic, provide effective dirt and moisture control and be made accurately to suit the available entrance area.

The Solution

Made to Measure Without a Site Survey

Excel Matting provided remote consultation and specialist technical guidance enabling the ProImmune team to measure the entrance themselves and provide the dimensions needed for manufacture.
Using these measurements a made to measure FRONTRUNNER SB+ system was produced specifically for the entrance and supplied as a free standing surface mounted solution with ramped PVC edging.
The completed mat could then be positioned directly into place by the client without the need for either an initial site survey or a separate installation visit.
This approach provided ProImmune with a tailored commercial entrance matting system while reducing project time and overall cost.
